@gg12 low vibration title , attracting more negative things , I suggest you edit it and make the opposite
"Healing is for me"
anyways, to help you out, eat highly well cooked sweet potatoes and yams. sweet potatoes when well cooked in the oven basically get juicy and easy to digest, cook them until they start seeping juices and caramelizing. many people cook them not enough I've noticed, and it is gross. you can tell when they aren't cooked enough when they still have a bite to them. they should be very soft.
for the starchy yams and normal potatoes, try steaming them for at least 1 hour. knife should slide through them very easily, like butter. then peel and eat with butter and salt (and ketchup for potatoes).
for rice, make sure it is properly cooked as well. undercooked rice is also gross and in my opinion rice shouldn't have a "bite" or any sense of grittiness, even the firmer rices shouldn't be gritty. it's a matter of correct cooking technique. use coconut oil and salt in the rice when cooking too. many rices are better with a few hours pre-soak before cooking.
mayhaps to help digestion of things eat meals with papaya, pineapple, kiwi. iirc kiwi or maybe it was papaya, it's one of those two, that has enzymes that help with starch digestion.
there's also oatmeal.

@gg12 what symptoms ?

@gg12 99% of people dont tolerate it. They simply never connect the dots of them being retarded feeling tired and gassey to the food they eat. Drink lac free low fat for a bit add glucose and then normal sugar to it
