Dark peating
-
Hello all, I am currently using quite alot of PEDS while peating and want to know if anyone is also doing this like me and if they would like to share they’re cycles, for reference mine is:
200mg mast e weekly
dht e 100mg weekly
0,25mtrvn pwo ed 4/2 on/off
25mg anadrol pwo eod
50mg test w
75mg tren w
16IU GH ED
10mg var ED
25mcg t3 ED
50mcg t4 ED
4mg progesterone
100mg NPP
100mcg abalo
Homebrewed DMSO way31660
KY19382 homebrew
Dhea 5mg
50mg pregnenolone
4mg androsterone
2mg 11ketodht -
First thing I would do is eliminate the stuff that Peat hated, which here is the GH and tren. I don't know enough about the abalo, way31660, or KY19382 to say if they're "bad" or not but Peat advised against anything without significant human data. Aside from that, your stack looks like a little bit of many different things which isn't inherently bad but makes it harder to narrow down the cause of adverse symptoms and makes your health more of a chore which is not Peaty. I myself use 1G test only and 50mg daily progesterone split between morning and night.

@raypeatinger why do u take so many compounds and so little test im curious, also why HGH and tren they anti-peat asf
-
@engineer I compete and both of these compounds are necessary for my physique
-
@Tskull competitions
-
@raypeatinger ah i see, u do bodybuilding? Thats cool asf, nice to see such sports in ray peat space
-
@raypeatinger how does hgh help, i have tried it and its overall sucks for me and ruins atlethic performance. How do you use hgh and what ancillaries u take for it to mantain metabolic health. Also what do u think abt taking igf-1 lr3 instead of HGH, doesnt it work differently maybe its more peaty?
-
@raypeatinger What ancils are you running with this
-
Tskull in my experience LR3 is nothing compared to GH
-
@dimorphist i take Trazodone, melatonin, tb500, bpc157, tamoxifen, dhea, pregnenolone, progesterone, cialis, telmisartan, eplerenone, aspirin, k2, niacinimade, NAC, memantine, empagliglozin, insulin fast acting
-
@raypeatinger why do u say that lr3 is nothing compared to hgh, elaborate. I'm thinking of starting lr3 potentially
-
@raypeatinger How memantine affected your gym gains? Are you able to learn new coordinated movements?
-
@LunaticRed I don’t notice much tbh and i never really used memantine isolated so I couldn’t tell you to be honest.
-
@Tskull try high dose GH and lr3 and see for yourself. LR3 barely does stuff for your physique and GH doesn’t do all that much either
-
do you actually feel good like this ?
this idea that different anabolics all should be stacked to maximize something feels wrong, just choose the one that doesnt give you side effects and use it
maybe im projecting but it seems like youre coping for something
these in depth protocols never helped me and in fact made me feel worsei know for a fact i achieve a really good physique naturally in a good lifestyle and having fun and enjoyment and sunshine. i could see some dbol being helpful at times. everything else seems like a neurotic cope. having a comfortable happy fun lifestyle is more anabolic than drug stacks
-
@sunsunsun different people have different goals in life
-
@raypeatinger i wanna thicken my bones especially in my hands, i alreayd have thick and dense bones especially in my skull which has helped me alot in life its rly cool to have a thick and dense skull. But my hands, they are small, both my mother and father have small hands. my hands bigger than my fathers but still small
-
@Tskull mtren and GH gave me massive hands and very thick bones. since incorporating mtren my facial dimorphism has increased alot. Though its very dangerous without a coach and proper ancils, bloodwork etc. in a period i was using 24 IU’s of GH.
-
@sunsunsun trvth nvke, you can maximize your endogenous anabolic hormones naturally, and if you still want more then adding in test avoids the devilish gotchas you get with synthetics
-
@raypeatinger are huge hands really a good thing?
