How Ray would deal with a cold urticaria
-
Gm guys! I got cold urticaria when I am in contact with cold water, cold air, anything cold. Beside bad thyroid, what do you think could be the cause? Cypro works well but puts me in a really tired state that I can't afford. Thx a lot guys!

@Harlock Ray Peat talked about cold hives on the radio in 2012: "Some people get hives just from getting cold or from exercising or from not eating soon enough. Just dropping your blood sugar works the same as cutting off the oxygen supply." He said the cell then makes lactic acid, which makes fat break down, and if that fat is unsaturated you get prostaglandins and more inflammation. Is yours worse when you've gone a while without eating?
