Taking aspirin during development

Could supplementing aspirin during puberty cause developmental delays? What would its effects on the testes do for a developing person and their hormones?

I don't know if there are any good studies in this area, but from what I've read it's ambiguous. Some studies suggest that a lack of prostaglandin E2 leads to decreased Leydig cell function.
But I don't think it's clinically important.
In fact, many studies prove that more COX-2 = lower testosterone.
