Tightness of the wrists

Random question that I have never been able to find any information on: has anyone ever experienced tightness of the wrists when consuming large amounts of caffeine or when dosing methylene blue? When I was first dosing 1-2mg of methylene blue I would experience an odd tightness in my wrists. This eventually went away but I was never sure what caused it.

@calx methylene blue can cause high blood pressure in high enough doses.
