because wtf else can it be
-
but i dont need to explain my thinking to anyone
-

some days still feel like trying to stuff chickens back into a box but the chickens are your thoughts
feels better slowly though. really good stuff.
I wonder if ADHD is just about brain energy. and thats it. nothing else. Just do everything to increase energy no matter what. cause I can try force things but you just need to feel good and energetic to do things at the end of the day
people say adhd is just a migraine in the front part of the brain but the front part doesnt feel pain so i mean??? and you need your front brain for 'human' things. scary stuff man
going through life like an NPC. its important we learn ways to help people with this sort of stuff...

I'm not sure if raising metabolism can truly help with this sort of stuff
can you really reverse brain damage. how the fuck do you learn to socialise after being addicted to a computer for 8 years. what.

It will take a long time to reverse the damage but it is reversible. Do you have any hobbies or anything you do in a social environment?

I do gardening and thats it. Read about botany and science. Try my best to keep the brain occupied. Learn about nature hopefully to teach future generations some time in the future. I don't know why but botany stuck to me somehow because i thouht plants are important for our earth.
you know when it got really bad last year I volunteered in parks around my town because I could literally only talk to old people my brain was that fucked. Had to stop studying and everything. Never did anything social ever since a child. Don't know why never had the interest in it or energy which is strange.
I remember feeling a deep sense of embarrassment, shame and anxiety since a young age. This is from mercury poisoning.... seems like odd symptoms but it can do that to someone
-
ALSO heavy metals are estrogenic on top. jesus christ. I have a pretty masculine face so if even having a masculine mother can't save you from this bullshit what can. holy shit. it's really bad. even if your development in the womb was ok, lol get fucked nah too bad screwed for life
-
@questforhealth
Well you should find something where you're around people. Only you can bring change and it will not happen if you dont get out of your comfort zone and meet people. Don't expect them to show up in your garden. Keeping your brain occupied with stuff outside of the internet is very important if you had adhd. Keep doing that.You shouldn't worry too much about heavy metals now. You are detoxing from it and getting better. It good that you understand your condition and trying to better it but worrying about it all the time just induces more stress to your life that you could avoid. Have you eaten a carrot today?
-
@questforhealth Whetever happend happened you can only look to the future now.
-
I can't eat carrots or milk they make me hypothyroid and worsen my digestion
I find eating coconuts and potatoes helps me most still for now. I might try grass fed meat but not yet.
-
why does dumping heavy metals make me so rude and toxic, I swear heavy metals must cause violence
maybe one day when i get enough heavy metals out the system its going to feel like coming out of a bad trip. not sure.
-
also did anyone find they care less about certain thigns with peating, almost feel like a few cows would be worth more than anything in this world but could be wrong...
-
nah man wtf is there any point trying anything in life past a certain point
shti keeps getting worse
thinking gets worse
fatigue gets worse
absolutely fucked brain
@ThinPicking Is there any point to all this? Wtf is the point? No seriously wtf is the point?
i'll maybe try the heavy metal stuff and give that a few months to work but if that doesnt work and i continue to feel drained of energy WTF am I meant to do???
Am i spiritually possesed? cursed? genetic dead end? WTF is going on?
-
Has anyone got any idea what brings on sudden fatigue after taking coconut oil? Took the coconut oil and almost snapped out of the madness and bad trip that is my life but then I just got a headache from it even though it boosted my metabolism
this all feels like coming out of a REALLY bad mushroom trip. it really does.

milk will make you short. big growth spike from the hormones in the cow juice then nothing. better be vegan.
you hear people who drink a lot of milk grow super fast and get collapsed lungs
vegan children grow slowly
milk can probably also make you too tall and make you an absolute walking tumour and heart attack waiting to happen from all the smelly growth hormones
ideal height for man or woman is probably around 6 foot, not less not more. just perfect.
im going to go sit and watch my potato patch and eat beans
-
@questforhealth2 I think you should start using raypeatforum.com .
-
@Kilgore why
-
@questforhealth2 Vegan children are often underdeveloped.
There's something to be said for not growing to tall. I'd like to get back to reading about that, but the few studies I've read indicate health issues the taller someone is than 5'11" or 6'0" depending on the study.
Personally, I get most of my calories from whole milk, cheese, butter, and potatoes. I have muscle meat when I feel like it, maybe once or twice a day.
@Kilgore More to the topic, vitamin K2 doses of 15-45mg three times a day is the best guess I have based on the studies I've read. Perhaps 5000 IU vitamin D3 if blood levels indicate it. IME the trick is to get enough calcium which I've never formally measured.
I'm somewhat older than you and have had catch-up growth of about an inch and a quarter in the last 6 months, but I have used T3 as well so YMMV without it.
