Glad I found this place with the reference from a good samaritan over at r/raypeat on Reddit. I was desperately trying to find a RPF alternative and this appears to be the spot! It's like finding home again. To give a very brief background on myself I've been following bioenergetics way of lifestyle since 2018, I'm 30 years old currently.
I probably won't be a super active member here, but my activity to will fluctuate depending on how busy I am with other stuff. As many of you know and probably experienced yourself, I had a NOT so pleasant relationship with the RPF's admin. Blossum was actually nice though, at least I thought.
Oh I'm currently on the mend from some sort of viral infection. Flu I think, maybe COVID, not sure. I've been achy though, and running a fever. Some vitamin C, aspirin, thyroid, and charcoal has gotten me through it though. Hopefully tomorrow I'll be 90-100%. I was already significantly better today.
Anyways, I'm looking forward to talking with some people.
