Ok maybe you are right I’ve been buying potatoes to plant today

Supermarket stuff does taste like pig food, grown properly and naturally even carbs are nice for me. Euphoric

White bread causing mental illness cause it depletes b vits and raw meat eating

I’ve been eating some sliced up beef with lemon juice today and it makes me smile, got to try everything right, why just do this or that because so and so said this and that

if dolphins are very spiritual creatures and eat other animals how can people say you can’t eat meat and be spiritual, sometimes if I eat high quality animal parts weird stuff starts happening around me and you almost realise ‘the joke’ of the universe

@questforhealth white bread is bad because it's a bunch of gluten and starch. like chemical, physical reality exists. it isn't all 'oh dolphins nature cavemen'. that's all nonsense.

Eating grains is literal madness, why would you eat a seed which doesn’t want to be eaten, no wonder everyone is so sick when we eat wheat that causes hardening of the arteries and pasteurised milk with the cereal... russian cat experiments show raw milk makes them healthy but pasteurised milk makes them sick in a few generations. absolutely degenerated food degenerating humanity for profits

even my dad and uncles all told me milk makes pigs sick when you feed them it and i know humans are similar enough to pigs with one stomach

                    Madness I tell you, madness!

Pasteurized milk seems fine to me. Tell it to Fred Kummerow who lived a fantastic active life to age 105 drinking 3 glasses of pasteurized whole milk every day.

The subject of the thread is corn, but you changed it to milk. So back to corn.

People who live to 100 or 110 or 120 eat a lot of starch. That's a fact.

                    Oatmeal
                    Potatoes
                    Rice
                    Grits (non nixtamalized corn)

                    Madness!!

                    "Hominy" grits are nixtamalized 🙂

                        No problem.

Canned mexican hominy (whole kernel) is yet another food item that seems decent on occasion. Not sure if frozen is available, i would def prefer it. I haven't looked up any recipes yet as i've only had it a few times; steam, drain, butter/salt.

whales and dolphins are spiritually advanced and eat whole fish, why don’t we just eat more animals nose to tail to become more advanced beings

Becoming more advanced beings (wild animals not capable of creative expression or the building of civilisation)... may an Orca consume your liver for derailing the thread
