I recently got my levels tested and I have the following:

      3.68 pg/mL FT3

      1.05 ng/dL FT4

      1.97 uIU/mL TSH

These are all within "normal" ranges according to modern medicine but so it my 497 ng/dl testosterone which is another thing I'm trying to fix and a story for another time.

Are these thyroid numbers OK or should I be taking action?
