What sunscreen do you use?

I've tried the zinc oxide ones but it looks too pasty for daily use. Alternatively any recipes for at home sunscreen?

@notmcas Don't think it exists, but could be wrong. best thing is just to block the sun. again, could be wrong.

The second best is to reduce your body stores of PUFA.

“…The animals on the saturated fat diet weren't hurt by the sunlight. The polyunsaturated fats in your skin are the target for the ultraviolet light producing damage. There are other targets, but if, for example, vitamin B2 is locally destroyed by ultraviolet light, if the cells contain a lot of polyunsaturated fats, they act like an amplifier for the damage and cause the damage that accumulates with fibrosis and shrinkage of the skin and such. And other things, you can apply coconut oil to your skin and get some protection” -
I can't find the link but I once found a product that was a tinted natural zinc oxide and shea butter or tallow based sunscreen that looked good for reducing the pasty look. Search around I am sure you can find one that is worth trying, as other people mentioned I do not believe there is any other Bioenergetic alternatives because they either use nasty chemicals to work or many of the natural ones are loaded with pufa oils that do all seem to add up to decent SPF in aggregate but I wouldn't want on my skin daily.
