          Yeah milkshakes are yummy, I'd probably throw in an egg yolk or two and some casein protein, making it a meal replacement. If I drank milkshakes like a normal beverage with other foods I'd get fat as fuck, lol.

              @thyroidchor27 Not at all. There's essentially no taste, and it adds nutrients. Makes a great meal replacement if you don't have time to fix anything.

              1/2 quart haagen dazs
              1/4-1/2 cup of milk (or more, based on preferred consistency)
              dash of vanilla extract
              2 egg yolks
              3 scoops of casein protein (you could try BCAAs or collagen peptides)
