i will recommend 1. measuring your bpm and blood pressure. (pressure is optional bpm is a must)
2. for thin skin and acne take l reuteri
3. reduce b5 dosage to max 50 mg because if my memory serves me through and through may cause some issues.
4. do you think of yourself as someone who is extremely self aware self focused or do you easily get lost in the moment? -
I don’t have any of the problems I listed from before but thanks for the advice. I don’t like taking supplements anymore it distracts me from tackling other problems in my life.
