The formation of new growth plates is possible through hypoxia. Although you shouldn't purposefully reach hypoxia.
Following this method to reach partial hypoxia will allow you to GROW TALLER.
Hypoxia, which is a shortage of oxygen.
Can stimulate the formation of new growth plates through a process involving mesenchymal cells and chondrocytes.
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4012534/#:~:text=Hypoxic signaling plays an important role in the cellular adaptation, and homeostasis (Table 1)Mesenchymal cells develop into various types of cells, including chondrocytes.
When there's a shortage of oxygen in a particular area, such as a precartilaginous region where new growth plates might form, it triggers a response in the mesenchymal cells.
In response to hypoxia, mesenchymal cells differentiate, meaning they transform into chondrocytes.
When mesenchymal cells become chondrocytes due to hypoxia, they start producing cartilage.
The cartilage produced by these chondrocytes forms new growth plates. These growth plates allow for longitudinal growth (getting taller).
This picture displays the size of a chicken bone with Normoxia (normal oxygen) compared to Hypoxia (low oxygen)
How can we take advantage of this knowledge?
• Increasing Co2
• Rebreathing Exhaled Air
• High-altitude living
• Consuming Carbonated Beverages
• Smoking
• Butyeko
• Exercising in Enclosed Spaceshttps://twitter.com/HeightOptimizedbolded text

Smoking
Great idea, genius.
-
@Cicero The people love the idea of smoking being good for you
-
@HeightOptimized very interesting but thisd cause very bad nausea possibly imo

@the-MOUSE definitely
