my dick and balls were hurting and i was wondering if anyone here knows how to treat it. I'm in southeast asia, so i can buy antibiotics OTC.
Lab test came back negative for STDs but positive for a high number of Gram negative coccobacillus.

azihromycin dihydrate 1000mg/dayfeels so shitty, it's making me so bloated and giving me a headache
