Hayfever/allergies are believed to be caused by high estrogen.
Estrogen effects in allergy and asthma
In the meantime, you might consider irrigating/rinsing your eyes with some very clean water? Maybe you've got pollen in them?

Try checking some of the excipients in any supplements you are taking or perhaps there is something you are eating that may be causing intestinal irritation which can lead to allergic symptoms.
