Soy-free Vitamin E derived from soy - do you think this matters ?
-
Many vitamin e supplements are advertised as soy free due to thorough distillation processes - however the vitamin itself was derived from soy. Does this matter? Is wheatgerm-derived e necessary?
-
it would be better to have a wheat germ based E, but it is hard to find.

@Ecstatic_Hamster Do you think there are still traces of estrogenic material in these supplements?

Have read that properly distilled Soy based won't set off an allergic reaction, which may also mean that there would be few if any estrogenic effects.
The challenge with Vitamin E is finding a truly high quality product, most every other concern is secondary imho. Id focus my effort there.

@temple-of-salt I do not. I think there are compounds such as policosanols in wheat germ derived products such as Tocovit.
Tocovit from Idea Labs is the best vitamin E product available today.
