      is this real or just correlation not cause? does chronic internet use increase cortisol even if youre life is going well/your happy ect?

        Half the time I want to throw my computer off of the desk so, yes, I can see it raising cortisol for a variety of reasons.

        One time I did one of those 4-sample saliva cortisol tests that you take throughout the day, and there was an upwards blip in cortisol just before bed. I did a gaming session just before taking the sample.
