MTHFR - intense anxiety from methyl b vitamins
i have mthfr, took some methyl b6 & b12, i had taken them a couple years ago daily with 0 issue. wondering why now they are causing an issue.
my first guess it get magnesium & vit D tested. Or maybe i was low on b vitamins and i took too much too soon?
Not sure what to do

Is supplemental d3 less likely to be more stored as fat? Compared with natural sunlight vit D?
I ask because 4 months ago i had good vitamin D levels from supplementing and stopped the supps+did not get any sunlight - was wondering if that is enough to make deficient now
i know natural sunlight is best, i worked long office hours and was difficult to get sun -
Bout of Anxiety triggered by hypoglycaemia? Too much stress?
Hey guys, been having some bizarre symptoms I havent had before.
moments where i get faint, lightheaded, very anxious, confused, fatigued. Eat something sugar clears it right up. Never had this before and havent changed diet.Had been drinking 2-3 double shot coffees per day for 4 months, plus lots of walking(2-4hrs a day 5x week) to drop some fat, which i have. I also have fatty liver.
I thought maybe im overtrained and dont process coffee as well causing cortisol dysfunction? Coffee drained my magnesium levels?
Very confused and can only find conflicting evidence online - Thank you for any suggestions
