      i have mthfr, took some methyl b6 & b12, i had taken them a couple years ago daily with 0 issue. wondering why now they are causing an issue.

      my first guess it get magnesium & vit D tested. Or maybe i was low on b vitamins and i took too much too soon?

      Not sure what to do

        Just get your B vitamins from food if the supps are giving you issues ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป

            No the methyl forms are always the naturally occurring forms in food.

              @RawGoatMilk88 are you sure? everything ive read is contrary. The mthfr lowers the effectively conversion into methyl, the active form

                Yes Iโ€™m sure, unless itโ€™s a fortified โ€œfood productโ€ with supplemental folic acid.

                Natural foods have the methylated form.

                        B vitamins often have issues with contamination and allergens. Its better to get them from food. Eat liver and oysters often
