Hi.
I’ll be blunt and cut to the chase due to a time restriction on my end
There’s much more data that we need -
the most important for me would be your temperature at waking and after your breakfast in a relaxed state. Maybe 20 minutes to 30 minutes after your morning mealKnowing your dietary history is also important as well as your age and gender
If I had to assess and or categorize this diet I would say it is restrictive and possibly borderline orthorexic
This has been voice recognition

@Peatful i'm guessing you missed that i am on a cut at the moment, specifically a ~500 calorie deficit. and honestly i really enjoy eating like this, i'm very lucky that the foods i have been reading about to be the most metabolically beneficial were always my favourites lol
i'll record my temperature tomorrow morning.
i've always been a big dairy and meat eater but besides that i usually ate like shit honestly, largely processed foods. i'm 16, and yes i'm aware that i shouldn't be cutting but i've weighed it against other options for a long time and i'm dead set on achieving my goal. (i'm currently down around 20lbs and the results are too good to stop) Currently 170lbs, my weight isn't of real concern to me, more specifically my bodyfat. aiming for 10-12%.

@Peatful oh yeah i forgot to say, i don't eat the same thing every day. my only absolutes are the dairy, i eat different fruit and meat every day. i also don't eat this all plain lol i add maple syrup and honey to the yogurt and i season all the meat

I did miss the cutting part
The good news is that you are young
Pretty metabolically flexible
But
If you were my son
I would be concerned
Not overly
But not happy about such restriction- and that you like it and are set on doing itWhat are you going to add when bulking?
Or
Eating normally?Lmk your temps
Maybe your fine
Or maybe you will need to think and adjustThree days in a row please
I assume you train 4-5 days a week

i get ~10k steps every day and play usually more than an hour of sports when i'm not at school
Once i'm at by desired bodyfat% i'll increase my calories to maintenance, not entirely sure what i'll add then
Could i ask what the temperature is for? i'm looking for a thermometer rn

@hypercashoidism the thermometer and your subsequent reading will let us know in simplest terms the state of your metabolism and how your diet is or is not supporting your “bioenergetic” needs
