High sugar diet and cavities
-
Are there any articles by Ray Peat on this topic? I'm still wondering how a high-sugar diet impacts tooth health.
We know of ancestral tribes like the Kitavans or Tsimane, who consumed a carb-rich diet and had great health, but there is no data on their tooth status. The only high-carb plus milk nation known to have good dental health were the Swiss from Lötschental, as noted in Weston A. Price's book.
Thanks in advance.

@Uroš from personal experience, sugar can definitely be harmful to dental health, and in a low metabolic state, it definitely is.
