Peating is making me feel like shit when I don't sugary carbs for 3 or so hours I wake up hungry and need to eat to sleep more

Should i slow it down? am i getting blood sugar swings because my body cant use glucose properly yet?

Are those "sugary carbs" more than half of total carbs, are those carbs 1/3rd of your macronutrients, are you adding enough or too much salt and drinking enough or too much fluid. Is your circadian disordered. These are rhetorical questions for thee that should only beg more.
Use of the word "Peating" appears to be a form of self deprecation at times.

i find that having lots of starch, with a little fat, is great. I ate a bowl of rice with an egg and a little cheese in it, delicious and holds me over for hours.
Sugar always causes big swings and ruins my control of my appetite. If I eat fruit, which I do every day, it is always with some protein and fat.

We really don’t have enough info about your diet to be that helpful. How much fat do you eat each meal? Do u snack between meals? Lots of liquid calories?
Some people do better with starches, some better with sugars etc gotta find what works for you
