High AST and ALT levels

Just got a blood work done for ALT and AST and they came back elevated.
I don't drink and I'm 20-25%bf.ALT: 2,36
AST: 0,93I take aspirin, vitamin D, vitamin K, calcium from calcium bicarb and magnesium daily.
I eat peaty. Milk, sugar, fruit, some starches, gelatin and meat. Low to no PUFA.
Could any of those cause liver issues at certain ranges? Anyone know of anything I can try to lower my levels? I wont be able to do an ultrasound of my liver until after summer.

Do you drink or do any drugs or smoke? How much meat do you eat?
A couple years back, I had sky high AST/ALT levels to the point that I had to get an emergency ultrasound. They couldn't find anything wrong, so they chalked it up to an acute injury. Technically didn't have enough fat on liver for NAFLD but was probably pretty close. I fasted for like a month and when I got tested again, had levels in range. Would not at all recommend fasting.
But what helps is anything that lowers visceral fat. It's very consistent way of lowering liver enzymes. Best way to do this would probably be by doing a more low fat diet.
Also, lowering serotonin should help. If you truly have elevated enzymes due to injury (which is not always the case, could be elevated for benign reasons), then lowering serotonin should block any further fibrosis.

@Master I don't do drugs, and rarely drink, a couple of times a year. I eat meat atleast once a day in the evening, usually from game such as red deer. I've been eating a lot of ice cream for a couple of weeks since I just got an ice cream machine.
I'm planning on losing some lbs this summer so hopefully that will help then. Might try some TUDCA aswell.
