There seems to be a direct correlation between my dietary fat intake and my Ankylosing Spondylitis symptoms. Could coconut oil/ tallow / olive oil applied on skin be used to replace dietary fat intake?

Does anyone know if topical fatty acids increase serum fatty acids? That would make this a bad idea if true, right?
