What can I do to get my TSH lower?

My symptoms are cold feet and hands, low energy and some bloating under my neck. Doctor says my Thyroid is fine, but I feel like optimal TSH should be below 1.0.

      Bloodwork:
      TSH: 4.4 mU/l (range 0.27 - 4.2 mU/l)
      FT3 5.51 pmol/l (range 3.08 - 6.78)
      FT4 16.34 pmol/l (range 11.6-21.9)

      Total Cholesterol: 3.99 mmol/l
      LDL: 2.46 mmol/l (range 0.5 - 2.6)
      HDL: 0.96 mmol/l (range 0.9 - 1.1)
      Triglycerides: 1.38 mmol/L (range <1.5)

      Testosterone 22.4 nmol/l (range 9-29)
      Estrogen: 102.8 pmol/l (range 40 - 160)

      Vitamin D3 139.5 nmol (range >80)
      Prolactin (3.6 mcg/l (range 4.79 - 23)

      Magnesium 0.75 mmol/l (range 0.7-0.9 mmol/l)
      Calcium 2.42 mmol/l (range 2.15 - 2.50)
      Ferritin 140 mcg/l (range 25 - 250)

I've been eating peaty for the past months, and it didn't see to help my TSH btw. Would supplementing tyromix 2 drops a day help lower the TSH?

@diamond What about your morning body temperature and pulse?
As described in more detail in this article https://dannyroddy.substack.com/p/demystifying-thyroid-supplementation

BTW FT4 and FT3 aren't a precise measure, you may also need to know reverse T3 and thyroid antibody levels, etc...
