so i am diagnosed with asthma. Now its the second time i got this phlegm i have to constantly spit out.. the last time i had it it lasted two months. i think it starts with a cold but then some inflamation happens.

i feel healthy, I can run and stuff, just I have to constatly use handkerchief and subtly spit out yellow phlegm. I also take asthma meds fostair and montelukast (this one is anti pufa i heard so I dont mind that).

i eat peaty and im a little underweight. any advice appreciated. ive been taking some methylene blue lately and it seemed to help.

@tehpro Same, I've had asthma since a child but I rarely get symptoms now - only after endurance running/playing sports(2+ hr). Getting more CO2 was undeniably the cure, I'm looking to trial with cypro soon.

@Terminator I tried buteyko but I get asthma attack with it as it makes me anxious.. but I drink sparkling water only pretty much..
maybe i dry co2 bath could help? there is only one spa providing it in my country and there isnt much info about it written honestly, I want to try it but at the same time im worried something would go wrong as they dont seem very qualified.

good luck hope you put it into remission!

@peaty-runescape There are other ways to get more Co2. The bath could be beneficial. Try b1, baking soda, more carbs, and aim towards better metabolism in general.

I also am interested in improving chronic bronchitis/asthma

So far CO2 boosting things have helped such as baking soda or improving oxidative metabolism with ideaLabs mitolipin

Trying activated charcoal and carrot salad to try and reduce bronchitis and associated coughing fits
