Unusual Lab Results

Hello , I got a hormone tissue analysis done and I'm having trouble understanding the results. Especially the The High DHEA, High Estradial, and lower to normal Cortisol. I'm struggling to lose weight and have symptoms of high cortisol, but that's obviously not the case.
Any guidance would be appreciated. The results are are appreciated

A lot of cortisol tests are notoriously unreliable. Including the ever so popular saliva test. Doctor Platt recommends a serum blood test to know for sure. I'm pretty sure over 90% of the people who get cortisol tests get the saliva test.

@Mulloch94 This test is from Haiduts Hormone Analysis. It tests serum levels of hormones. It was done using a hair sample.

Looks to me like your high DHEA levels are being aromatized into estradiol. Which if you're overweight makes sense. High DHEA can be caused by chronic stress too. It is an adrenal secretion after all.

Did this test not do your thyroid hormones or what? Were they really not detected?

@LiftWaffe88 the thyroid was a separate test those results are below.

My last blood thyroid test came back at my TSH being 0.84 .

@LiftWaffe88 I was chronic fasting and on keto for around 2 years. Got off of it and trying to slowly build back up . I lifting regularly and trying to up my carbs alot more. It's weird because I thought my cortisol would be sky high, because of the crazy looking stretch marks on my abdominal area.
