Does anyone know if DXM is a serotonin antagonist at lower doses?

I remember reading somewhere that upto 15 mg it is actually an antagonist at all the receptors and only at higher doses, it starts to act like an SRI and Ser releasing agent. Am I confusing it for DPH or something?
