Powdered Raw Milk?

Anybody have experience with preparing liquid milk from raw milk powder?
I live in a state that makes it difficult to acquire raw milk (not illegal, but illegal to sell intrastate unless the buyer has ownership interest in the herd), so I have been drinking pasteurized varieties. I can get raw milk shipped in, but it is expensive. Shipping in raw milk powder would be much cheaper. Curious if anybody has used this workaround to get in some raw milk.

You could ask how the raw milk is turned into powder, as iirc there is potential for denatured components with some processes used (especially for things like liver according to RP)
