Diatomaceous Earth Parasite Cleanse

I would like to hear some of your opinions on using DE as a parasite cleanse.

I have done it once in the past and was able to see worms in my stool after a couple weeks (intense BM in the middle of the night, sweating profusely, huge feeling of relief after).

This time around I am considering consuming the DE in water at the same time as carrot to see if it improves the effectiveness.
