@Fructose will need to try. How much butter do you add? And how many eggs do you usually go for in a serving?

is a recipe by Aajonus Vonderplanitz called "Lubrication Formula".

1 raw egg, 50g of raw butter, lemon juice, honey, mix.

I often do a green tea with about a tbsp of Raw Honey and 2 tbsp of rehydrated gelatin powder. Thermogenic drink for the warm months, very cozy.

                  Everything rare for the rare

@slimegirls you're correct, 99% have that garbage in them unfortunately. There's only one brand that doesn't contain carrageenan where I live which I've been drinking for the past 5 years. Once they start too i'll probably have to start making my own

For me its a rich smooth coffee with goat milk. No other milk does it quite like goat.

Breast milk ideally but I’ve never had a girlfriend and asking your mother for it past toddler years seems odd

Homemade Lucozade from someone on X. Orange juice, sparkling water and salt. Acidity mouth taste doesn't build up throughout the day which is very nice.

I really enjoy ginger tea and ginger beer when I have time to make it. Otherwise, barley tea is really refreshing. Can't seem to find out if there is hordenine in roasted barley but the polyphenols are anti-inflammatory.

Ideally, you would have warmed sugared milk all day but that's sometimes not feasible.

@slimegirls Coconut water is great but Pocari Sweat isn't very peaty due to the lactate used 😞

I've been making lattes with raw milk for awhile now, add in a little honey and its the golden formula.

Red Bull is peaty minus the citric acid. I drink one maybe every other day.
