Redbull and Haribo citric acid
-
@PUFADestroyerPPO Could be useful to know, maybe compare with another brand like Monster or anything else
-
@Cornelyan already said monster does seem to hurt me and redbull doesn’t, @yeehawyinzer said the same here
-
@PUFADestroyerPPO yes I enjoy many haribos
-
@PUFADestroyerPPO need to try to make gummy bears with redbull infused with gelatin
-
@Cornelyan now THAT sounds delicious
-
These are awesome, they have fruit juice concentrate. The citric acid doesn't really bother me. Eating too many at once can sometimes make me feel gurgly though.
EDIT: here's the ingredients: https://onlineshop.haribo.com/saftgoldbaeren
Probably only available in Germany. Carnauba wax and bee's wax, fruit and spirulina extract, fruit juices, gelatin, dextrose, glucose syrup. That's it. And "aroma"

@djledda Yeah these are in europe, I personally prefer the bananas since they have even less ingredients, have you ever seen those?
-
@PUFADestroyerPPO +1, these rock
-
@PUFADestroyerPPO Not aware of the banana ones. Will have to keep my eye out. Thanks for the tip n

its fiiine

@djledda I noticed that when I drink a lot of Red Bull during hot detox baths, I feel dizzy. When I don't drink, I can sit for up to 2 hours at 40 degrees without any problems.
I think the reason is citric acid.

@Fructose Caffeine can dehydrate you a bit, and especially in a hot bath or something you are losing allot of electrolytes, its probably that
