microwaving silicone lunchbox

at work i sometime eat microwavable meal but instead of microwaving in its plastic container i transfer into this lunchboc n heat. its hard to eat outside, on the run when havent precooked too tbh. all fast food, restaurants is jew, supermarket not much good stuff to buy. thoughts this? food grade silicone is safe wont bad health?
