DIY Pansterone

Hello everyone
I recently used up my Pansterone from Idealabs but i have a bottle of DHEA Powder from Swanson and Pregnenolone Powder from Health Natura at home so I'm thinking about creating my own Pansterone before buying new bottles of it.
Does anyone have a recommendation on how i can create my own pansterone? I would like to continue taking it transdermally as i've read that this is the optimal route for both compounds.
I already bought some empty eye dropper bottles and i also have a milligram scale.
Is 40% vodka a good enough solvent? How can i make sure that i get the right amount of powder to liquid ratio so that i drop equals to 1 or 2 mg of substance?Thanks for your help.
