The old Ray Peat Forum was exterminated; those of us who remain have been reduced to discussing Carrot Salad and well cooked mushrooms.
And what of it now? It's locked into a hysterical mode of thinking. EMF scaremongering in itself, like the "detox" mind-program run over there, is almost ideal for keeping populations in a state of fear, which was one of the main takeaways of the MK-ULTRA program (you know, the whole learned helplessness thing). EMF/RF cannot be nakedly seen and is as such an ideal paranoia-inducing agent. The same might be said with your relatively nebulous posturing towards "the powers that be".
Yes, they like to keep the population in a constant state of fear. No doubt about it. You cannot think rationally when your hair's on fire. I don't know who "they" are. But this is very much organized/top down. I certainly never signed on for it. I'm pretty sure none of us did. And yet here we are.
I'm the type that leaves the WiFi off on my home router, and keeps my cell phone on airplane mode. I believe I can feel strong microwave communication signals (e.g., downloading large files over WiFi, especially as the WiFi AP is far away, and the radio increases power to compensate): they tend to make me nauseous, and the affected tissues tingle and sting. With respect to these things, I nonetheless think one has to have an agentic attitude, and not let the purity spiral derail all genuine advancement and productivity.
I don't own a cell phone. My home router WiFi is off too; the computers are all hard wired. I'm out in the sticks, 80+ miles from the closest commercial airport, on acreage (no close houses). My husband gets great reception for his cell phone anyway. There's a tower about 2 miles away. I haven't been on a plane since 9-11. I don't get dental x-rays either. I'm on well water here. I'm outside a lot; the sky is blue, not striated today. But they've been crisscrossed and striated before and I no longer think of "buttermilk" skies as romantic.
Yes, maintaining a sense of control is critical. So what to do? The first step is to acknowledge that your biofield (aura) is an anatomical body part and to reclaim your sovereignty over it. You cannot protect what you do not know that you have.
I've been emf sensitive in the past; I'm familiar with the sense of nausea. I'm much better now. I high dose thiamine hcl, 1 gram, twice a day. It's given me my life back. It normalized my glutathione level which was in the ditch due to high oxidative stress for decades (due to mercury toxicity due to childhood amalgam fillings removed the dangerous way).
link to article about thiamine: https://www.mercuryfreekids.org/mercury101/2018/1/21/thiamine-savesThe fact that HOA groups (and the like) have successfully resisted efforts to install cell towers in their area, or by schools, suggests to me that real resistance, as made possible by organization, is still possible. You can decline to go through mmWave scanners at the airport in favor of an aggressive patdown.
I avoid the airports entirely. Like I said, even though the closest cell phone tower is 2 miles away, the cell phone reception is great here anyway.
Caffeine, sugar, and aspirin are helpful agents for resisting higher EMF environments, when passing through them (airports are probably the main offender, as are many electric vehicles).
Coffee and black tea block thiamine function. Sugar uses it up so sugar consumption and thiamine availability need to be in sync. I used to take a lot of aspirin but I don't seem to need it anymore; the thiamine resolved my inflammation issue.
Inverse-square (and faster-decaying, in the near-field) power laws work in your favor to avoiding exposure.
You lost me. The 5G is constant; the 6G is coming in 2025. 7G is planned too. I'd rather have a game plan for what I can do to minimize my damage from it. I'm going to focus on my biofield and how to strengthen it from attack.

Ask yourself, how does your cellphone work. Wirelessly. How does that work? Getting info from your body is very similar.

All fair answers. You are somewhat more reasonable than I initially thought.

All of that is to say that the relative coherence of your body's electromagnetic field is dramatically stronger than communication signals from cell towers. By the same principle, your cell phone is much more of a concern than cell towers. It means that even the suburbanite is not necessarily strongly affected if they make certain choices.

Fair enough. Go for it. But as Ray Peat himself said (referring to time spent in Mexico), optimal personal health is not the highest virtue: a sense of responsibility and purpose instead is. Don't get trapped in the purity spiral. Indeed, a sense of purpose is probably one of the better ways to insulate yourself from electromagnetic offenses.
Reclaiming your biofield is key.
Something-something "purity of our bodily fluids". Not really. Fulfilling your purpose is key. Good health is a tool that can be used towards certain ends. As an end in itself it is masturbatory, ungenerative.

The statement was about you. As you were endorsing content from someone who wants you to believe capability for identification and manipulation exists to an extent that it does not. If a person consents to a digital ID and is prone to be unconstructively adversarial with their speech. They may have a problem.
That attempt is made to manufacture consent of the governed does not absolve you of responsibility to pay attention. Are you paying attention to your legislature. Because nothing happens without it.

I'm almost 75. I've been sick a lot. I found Ray Peat's work in 2014 when I had been stricken with rheumatoid arthritis. I recovered via Peat's wisdom and a first rate 80+ year old endocrinologist (I'm hypothyroid).
I developed Wernicke's encephalopathy in 2020 after taking Bactrim antibiotic. It nearly killed me. I recovered via high dose thiamine hcl and the wisdom of Dr. Costantini. I've been high dosing thiamine hcl for 4 years.
Oh, also, I suffered organophosphate poisoning in 1993 which nearly killed me but I was saved by a great detox doctor via 100+ EDTA IV chelation treatments, hyperbaric oxygen chamber treatments, great handfuls of vitamin supplements (including 1600mgs of thiamine hcl daily), and an incredibly strict diet. I lost my short term memory; it took 2 years to recover my brain function via learning new skills (hand marbling fabric - I was a textile artist, but my arches fell).
So I've been around the block and I'm not going to just roll up into a ball of quivering jello; I'm going to work to learn what I can do, by myself, to survive.
You lost me. The 5G is constant; the 6G is coming in 2025. 7G is planned too.

You might want to look into that further. They (them, those guys, the psychopaths) have commercialized the access to the data (in your body) and now there's LOTS more entities lining up to log into it. Like the doctors (Medical Internet of Things), and other entities who would like to know health data like insurance companies, etc. I dunno if they are selling access to play advertisements in your head but hey, there's $$$ to be made from advertising! There's only so much body energy to go around....
By the same principle, your cell phone is much more of a concern than cell towers. It means that even the suburbanite is not necessarily strongly affected if they make certain choices.

One thing I've learned in my own health journey, if you don't have good cellular energy you are in deep trouble. For me, that means good thyroid function with optimized prescription desiccated thyroid AND high dose thiamine hcl (along with other necessary vitamins/minerals). In addition to sewing a quilt and replanting my garden (lots of compost work), tending my chickens and cooking good food, now I'm adding some biofield exercises to my day. It's a new skill; it will increase my brain function.
My own health is pretty good; my energy is good, my brain is working, my sleep is good. But I'm looking around at the people I know and I see a lot of problems, mainly cognitive. It could be that everybody's just getting old but something is telling me that's not the only thing going on. One clue for me is that the younger people also seem to be affected.
"You know you're doing something right when you lose interest in your particular health problem".
Yes. That's what marbling fabric did for me years ago. My husband thought I had lost my mind but I knew I was in the process of finding it.

@ThinPicking Photos for your consideration plus a short video with Sabrina Wallace:
Note the reference to DoDD 3000.9. Here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Department_of_Defense_Directive_3000.09
video link: https://odysee.com/@Psinergy:a/trim.701E1F97-36D8-48B7-A339-8BBDE575E993:b (9 minutes) This is a very short video with a lot of info bundled in.
Pay attention to the part at the 5:25minute mark where she says, "This is about mesh networking & getting off of GPS and onto PNT, Position Navigation & Timing...."
At the 6 minute mark, she demonstrates pilo-erection done with her biofield. From what I've gathered, the methods of creating/updating/enhancing/information gathering from intra-body biosensors can be derailed by surrounding electrical interference (microwave ovens, etc.) so it seems logical to me that getting familiar with your own biofield and gaining control over this body part could be very protective.
-
"emerging", "future", and from 2021.
And yet. In her videos she's relentlessly implying this is precise, already so, has been for a long time and isn't optional. And you seem to believe her.
I already commented on strange medications and kentucky fried chicken. I guess they're not optional for a kid with parents who don't know any better.
And rah covered basic EMF sanitation. So, onwards and upwards.

What do you mean by "that"?
You can always search for "human biofield" yourself. Here's one result: Biofield Science: Current Physics Perspectives
"This article briefly reviews the biofield hypothesis and its scientific literature. Evidence for the existence of the biofield now exists, and current theoretical foundations are now being developed. A review of the biofield and related topics from the perspective of physical science is needed to identify a common body of knowledge and evaluate possible underlying principles of origin of the biofield. The properties of such a field could be based on electromagnetic fields, coherent states, biophotons, quantum and quantum-like processes, and ultimately the quantum vacuum. Given this evidence, we intend to inquire and discuss how the existence of the biofield challenges reductionist approaches and presents its own challenges regarding the origin and source of the biofield, the specific evidence for its existence, its relation to biology, and last but not least, how it may inform an integrated understanding of consciousness and the living universe.""Another definition describes it as: an organizing principle for the dynamic information flow that regulates biological function and homeostasis. Biofield interactions can organize spatiotemporal biological processes across hierarchical levels: from the subatomic, atomic, molecular, cellular, organismic, to the interpersonal and cosmic levels. As such, biofield interactions can influence a variety of biological pathways, including biochemical, neurological and cellular processes related to electromagnetism, correlated quantum information flow, and perhaps other means for modulating activity and information flow across hierarchical levels of biology.4"
It is reasonable to question why a person should need to acknowledge their own anatomical biofield and get in touch with it in the first place. I suspect that electromagnetic frequencies would be disruptive to the biofield and would result in negative effects. I also suspect that being able to intentionally activate one's biofield would have positive healing benefits.

Implementation of IoT and UAV Based WBAN for healthcare applications
"Recently, Wireless Body Area Networks (WBAN) have been increasingly significant in healthcare applications. It is derived from the wireless sensor network with biomedical sensors. The Internet of Things (IoT) has a huge impact on how medical data is received and transmitted to the right systems in healthcare applications. Security, fastest delivery, and energy consumption are major concerns in wireless body area networks. This research work focuses on the rapid data transmission between the patient and doctor using Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV). There are five sensors that are analyzed as Heart rate monitoring sensor, Temperature sensor, Human motion sensor, Oximeter sensor, and Blood pressure sensor. For the fastest delivery, the sensed medical data was delivered utilizing unmanned aerial vehicles. This helps the patients in critical/emergencies to communicate the medical information to the doctor safely and securely. The experimental result examines various sensors attached to the Arduino IDE. The obtained results will be transmitted to the patients using unmanned aerial vehicles. These techniques help to improve the fastest communication for emergency condition patients."Synthetic biology info: The second decade of synthetic biology: 2010–2020
"DNA also became a way to store data, initially just in vitro via chemical synthesis, but then also in cells via ‘molecular recorder’ genetic systems that use recombinases or CRISPR to modify DNA as cells grow, divide and change their gene expression. Sensing and recording in cells even went into the body, with gut bacteria sensing and reporting on events inside mice. " -

They keep me sane and grounded. They don't activate my biofield. No piloerection happening unless I really work at it. I'm almost 75; I've got about 20 hairs on each forearm. I didn't think I was getting anywhere but then I finally put on my reading glasses and lo and behold! I could see hairs standing on end.

I'm quite familiar with the subject. Less than I'm familiar telecoms, semiconductors and sensors. But all in enough to caution an entry to the subject at Sabrina's content. It may be more likely to spook someone unnecessarily or put them off entirely. In my opinion.
Beside an approximately peaty pattern to my behaviour, personally I take what might be described as a very woolly/loving approach to the maintenance of my own field. Assuming I'm not intoxicated or otherwise being a standard issue british arsehole. Some of my pals call this a vibe. A lot of language is interchangeable it seems. And people tend to feel a lot of things they see no need to qualify.
What may come in science and technological exploit is undoubtedly going to be a double edge sword. All current developments are. Running with scissors is probably not a good idea.

So you prefer your impending genocide/democide warnings to be delivered in a soothing computer generated monotone?
Personally, I find Sabrina's delivery and intellect to be a breath of fresh air. But I can see how it can be somewhat jarring to people who have been lulled into a sense of complacency by watching the controlled opposition.
Sometimes cursing is appropriate.

They are operational right now; they've been at it for decades. With lots of funding and with the governments' blessings. Of course it's going to get worse; all things are relative. G6 is slated to hit 2025. That's, lemme see... 9-10 weeks from now I believe.

You have the concept of "vibe" and "biofield" confused and you're accusing me of "being out of it". Nope, sorry, I'm not buying into that denigration at all.
Here's a video for you presented by Juxtaposition. He's a nice older man with tidy white hair wearing a business suit and a tie. He doesn't yell at all so you will be less likely to be triggered.
DoD Directive 3000.09 (Autonomy in Weapon Systems) I believe it is appropriate to provide this video for your edification because you told me earlier that if I'm not trying to work through my legislature to remedy this situation then I'm not approaching the problem correctly.
