Bioavailability of Micronized Pregnenolone?

In one of the articles of Ray Peat, he mentions that powered Pregnenolone is absorbed fairly well, do we know how much is actually bioavailable in the micronized form? I made a research but I was unsuccessful in finding this info.
He mentions the body at the age of 30 produces 30/50mg, and wondering what this would translate in mg of Micronized Pregnenolone
