      Note: Always better when you can move and have objectives.
      Would be interesting to optimize a technique to improve physical equilibrium.
      If you're 60ies or older, make the following test:
      Near a door or a table, shut your eyes;
      Open your arms at the horizontal;
      lift one knee and see if you can keep this position 20'' without falling.
