Bilateral grade IV varicocele with thrombosed right side
-
Looping in this thread with general advice but it is not really perscriptive . I am a 23 yo male that has been physically active for a large part of my life.
But i believe it is caused by enlarged intestines as I have been suffering from such issues for about 2 years now ? Was reading something similar on the old forum
My right is thrombosed as well and inflates like a hernia especially when I'm sick
Anyone with advice or success stories ??
Interestingly I have been diagnosed for 1.5+ but havent done anything about it as it didnt bother. Was trying to figure out some digestive issues so stopped coffee and pain came back - could it be a hint ?

@vojdanin Mine went from being constantly painful to basically gone by maintaining frequent bowel movements (cascara and carrot salad), not sitting for too long each day, and doing pelvic floor stretches. I have also heard that topical magnesium has been shown to help.

Thank you very much. By topical magnesium you mean "magnesium oil", magnesium chloride? Can you share some source on that, please?
