Can DMSO be used with MB and Vit C?

Methylene Blue mixed with Vitamin C in water creates dihydroascorbic acid. It's similar to the anti-cancer drug Apatone.
My mom has poor gut tolerance of ascorbic acid, so the dose can only be very small.
Could I just mix that combination with some DMSO and have her absorb it through the skin? Would this at all be unsafe? And does the DMSO mix well in water?
