      Hi Guys.

      I'm wondering if you include protein from plant on the total daily count, or leave them out as they have very low biological value.

      I'm aiming for about 150gr of tot daily protein, and it looks like I'm getting 135 from animal food only, then about another 20gr from plant protein.
