Why is my hair growing quickly? (+ excess androgens, infertile)

I can feel sensations in my face and scalp sometimes, I can tell it’s growing. Maybe a little too fast, I find it a bit unnerving. I’m not in a healthy state. Anyways, what could be causing this?
Is this due to excess androgens? I did score quite high on my free test. Which is amusing because my fertility is impaired (it’s been this way for a long time)
