      What do you think about white willow for health? Benefits etc?

        Contains salicylic acid (plus).

        Some studies have shown that willow bark extract is genotoxic, but there is no strong evidence for this.

        The estrogenic effect may be a problem, as it has certain affinities for phytoestrogens.

          It seems like alot of plants contain saIicylic acid, Filipendula ulmaria is another common one where i live. Maybe that would be a better alternative if youre worried about potential estrogenic effects from bark extract. Another interesting one is Vitex agnus-castus, raises progesterone...
