I aint blaming anything, and i aint saying sugar worst than any other food for fertility, just the amount you Can eat daily with out feeling it impacting your health and fertility is minimal, and the more you eat it the more you need meat/organs/seafoods, but most organs now feel trash and poisonous even grass fed, sugar easyly make you crave it every 1 to 2 hours contrary to certains fruits or no added sugar,
and then you Can easyly eat 1 to 2 pounds of sugar daily, it also worsen your ability to feel good fasted -
