What’s the deal with peptides?

I’ve been seeing them pushed all over twitter as the greatest gift known to man, BPC-157, Selank, copper peptides, melanotan, and while I have no doubt that pretty much all of the accounts that I promoting these peptides are getting a cut, but is there any benefit to them?

they're ok but I think people jump to them instead of addressing issues bioenergetically.
