My teeth-crumbling problem got worse too. Seems like the two are correlated.

But my BMI is actually 18.01 now, so I need only 2kg / 4.4 lbs more to be in the Healthy Weight Range

        That's bad news.

Do you reckon your PTH of 2,87 pmol/l (or 27 pg/mL) may be too low, i.e. dysfunctionally low?
Also, as Korven said, PTH can be highly variable. Had measurents of 40 and 90 pg/ml just seven days apart (which are both too high).
PTH's complexely interrelated with fat malabsorption and liver and gallbladder secretory functioning if you look at that study I dug up:

@CrumblingCookie Should I have my PTH tested again?

Never mind, my effort to think was flawed. With elevated serum calcium you cannot have any hypoparathyroidism.
Still, there's some weird connection between calcium deficiency, fat malabsorption, yeast growth.

@CrumblingCookie I was surprised my PTH is so low because my symptoms and clinical findings (hypercalcemia, hypophosphatemia) exactly match those of hyperparathyroidism, minus the low PTH of course.

Should I have the PTH tested again?

Yesterday, I tried adding blackstrap molasses to my diet, because it seemed like a great source of calcium and some other important nutrients. Today, my breath smells like a corpse, and the swelling in my mouth is so bad it changes my facial structure... I expect some teeth to chip or crumble soon. The molasses contain too much magnesium I think.

Magnesium, B1, B3, thyroid hormones and androgens are the bane of my existence and I need to deliberately keep these depleted to save the last remnants of my teeth

@CrumblingCookie Is it possible that PTH of 2,87 pmol/l (27 pg/mL) is actually a proof of hyperparathyroidism in the presence of hypercalcemia?

Maybe I should take plenty of magnesium, B1, B3, thyroid hormones and androgens to trigger very bad teeth-crumbling and then have my PTH, calcium and phosphorus checked?

Calcium deficiency is very likely because between 2010 and 2018 my diet was almost devoid of calcium. But why is it impossible to correct? No amount of milk, bone meal, calcium carbonate, lactate or citrate over prolonged periods of time seems to help.

My digestion is too screwed up to absorb calcium but it needs calcium to be fixed?

Milk even raw milk alone isnt necessary pro teeth, it can worsen it, you could be laking selenium, molybdenum, manganese. I suggest dont eat any beef liver.i suggest reduce table sugar/added sugar to 0 if you eat any.Have you been avoiding fish all these years?

@user1 Yes, beef liver is very bad for my teeth. I wanted to replace table sugar with molasses, but I will just drop the sugar altogether and eat more dates instead. It might be 30 years since the last time I ate fish.

If you find not so toxic fish it can be great for teeth, if it is to toxic it can amplify teeth crumbling. in your case teeth crumbling from many supplements possibly indicate you are low/deficient enough in certains elements making you more prone to teeth crumbling from anything that might need these elements to be processed optimally and/or that would precipitate the deficiency. Sugar and honey are depleting and can limit repletion too.in your case with your diet the past years/decades, plus your symptoms, i suggest to eat 0 added sugar, try to find good fish that has positive effects, try some underground growing foods, look at your teeth after you eat it something to see if your teeth get whiter harder or yellower, weaker, more prone to pain, try some small quantities low fat blood saucage like 100 200g and see if it increase whole body resilience including teeths, reduce emf as much as possible and avoid sunlight if it cause you symptoms, not eat to much muscle meat as it can worsen your teeths depending on your body current state

I agree that this doesn't match up. Not elegant. What would retesting PTH change about it?
How much calcium do you take per day?
I have not many new ideas since the past ones. I'd rather do a full electrolyte panel (Na, Cl, K, Ca, Mg), kidney function, total protein, urea, uric acid, complete blood count, liver enzymes, cobalamin and H. pylori IgG & IgA immunoblotting, all in serum. And consider artichoke leaf extract and pinning Bpc 157.

I definitely have symptoms of pancreatitis, though. Including mild flud sequestration and permanent dehydration that can't be fixed no matter what I do.

@random Can't quench my thirst, yes. But also other symtpoms like very dry skin, dry eyes, heat intolerance, exhaustion, sometimes confusion

Considering this, could it be that my bile is lacking water, and therefore being too thick to be passed through my awkwardly shaped / pinched bile duct?

In the rare moments when I don't feel dehydrated, my digestion is sooooo much better. Could be due to having more saliva, too.

I can't figure out any specific trigger for the dehydration or temporary non-dehydration, though. It seems random.

@BearWithMe Has the cause of your ailments now been confirmed to be attributed to mold toxicity? That's what you wrote on the other forum. Ever done a VCS test (online) for that?

@16characterstwas Heat intolerance, inability to sweat, dry skin, dry eyes, sometimes painful urination, and most importantly, lack of saliva. I'm almost never swallowing when I'm not eating. Sometimes the saliva production kicks in, and I'm thinking "wtf, do I really have to do this every minute?" I'm not used to swallow saliva at all.

@crumblingcookie The cause of my ailments is not mold toxicity because my ailments started before the mold exposure. Mold was probably a contributing factor. My body was already weakened by long term starvation, and then I moved into an apartment with really extreme mold problems (over time, black mold covered almost every surface including metals).

I've had multiple health and digestive issues before moving into the moldy apartment, but I was able to digest large amounts of fat.

One possibility is that I've had some motility issue since early age, that caused poor digestion of carbohydrates. And then in my mid 20s, mold ruined my gallbladder. Or maybe it wasn't the mold, just a natural progression of my disease. Or something else entirely. I don't know. But the "Bile can serve as a reservoir for funghi" thread you sent me in March feels very relevant.

These days I feel much better overall, with the help of @user1 I'm able to eat up to 3400 kcal a day consistently. Apparently I'm gaining muscle too, which is crazy. Actually I'm feeling the best I have felt in past 25 years. But the gallbladder issue persist. Fat still cause problems.

Sorry for long comment, it is complicated
