tocopherol-coq10 interaction

have any of you noticed coq10 depletion from vitamin E supplementation? since vitamin E will destroy vitamin A, vitamin D, vitamin K… it would make some sense for it to interact with coq10 (honorary fat-soluble vitamin)
not to mention the other tocopherols, which makes me question if alpha-tocopherol is safe in that regard

@winters2 haven’t noticed but thought as long as one doesn’t take more than a few milligrams of quinones and tocopherols together, it should be ok.
