Here's a good video on blueberries. This guy tested a bunch of different blueberries from German supermarkets and saw some interesting results.
For example Anthocyanin content was 7 times higher in some organic brands. And many more,check it out.

He also linked a study that showed People with the highest intake of anthocyanins, had a 32% lower chance of dieing and a 38% lower chance of getting heart disease.
