@Luke FUCK MY LIFE I thought Haribo Goldbären was one of the last good sweets.
I remember years ago, there was no sunflower oil when I checked

I looked up Haribo + Sonnenblumenöl. Didn't find anything about when the change happened, but apparently Goldbären isn't the only product with that great new addition. Saft Goldbären as well, which is a shame, because they tasted really good. I will check some other Haribo products in the supermarket on Monday.

Can't be a huge amount, because the package says 0.5g fat per 100g, but still. Completely brainless move.

@Luke I found winegums in a Berlin Ubahn vending machine that were made with coconut oil, I was so stoked.

@Luke I think its only like ~0.2g to prevent them from sticking together, so I think it should be fine considering other foods also have residual PUFA like orange juice, milk, white rice, etc.

Palmin is a very good coconut oil because its made from a blend of ~2/3 fully hydrogenated coconut oil and ~1/3 regular coconut oil, so it should only have about 0.6g of PUFA per 100g. You can find it in the refrigerated butter section at Rewe.

I bought a pack of Haribo today (Goldbären). First time in years. Ate a handful and then noticed on the package that they now put sunflower oil in them. Does anybody know when this happened?

Haribo gummy bears are taboo for a long time already. They contain E129 causing IBD by increasing serotonin.
I made a post about it in this thread.

@Razvan it's funny that it doesn't occur to you that it's more likely that they simply don't mention those ingredients in Romania.

Clementines have a very short picking time. The fresh fruit is typically available from November through January as supplies last. I imagine that the juice is seasonal as well.

@Mr-X yes I've been drinking it for years. Someone on the RPF recommended it. And I've been drinking it ever since ,non stop.
If I don't have it , I crave it after a day or two.
Nutritionally they are the same as oranges ,that's what peat told me over email.

@DavidPS makes sense but in st least the last 2 years it was always available, but let's hope it'll come back soon .

@Mauritio - Thanks for the clarification. The fruit will appear again in the stores by the end of the year and hopefully the juice shortly thereafter.
