what could be causing this? I’m not healthy obviously, I have metabolic issues. But is this tied to a certain deficiency?
this happens when I’m hot, it seems to be tied to a glycolytic-state. I usually feel very dry in this case. I’ll feel pressure in my head and sometimes I’ve gotten nosebleeds
