As some of you might already know, I am writing books inspired by Dr. Ray Peat's research. My book series is titled "Healing Metabolism." I am going to great efforts to explain Dr. Ray Peat's health theories. Has anybody here read my books? What did you think?

People often ask me to turn my books into audio, but at least some of them have a lot of tables and figures. Do you think audio is a good way to present my books? I know people are busy, and sometimes it is easier to listen than read. I am looking forward to your input on the topic of audiobooks. ๐Ÿ™‚

@BiochemNordic maybe start off with one of your books that doesnโ€™t have charts and take it from there. it is always good for any author to have a few audio books under his or her belt.
